Escape from Tarkov · BTR routes · patch 1.3.0.0
On Woods the BTR shows up in every raid. It comes in from the west or the east edge, drives one of four routes and waits at every stop.
Arrival times are estimates. The BTR comes out at a different time each raid and waits a different time at each stop. In the tracker, tap or hover over a stop to see when each route gets there next.
"Comes out at" is the raid timer, counting down from 35:00. That is 3:00 to 6:00 into the raid.
The map shows every road the BTR uses on Woods, every stop, and where it comes in.

Each raid the BTR picks one route at random. It comes in at that route's entry, drives the stops in order, waits at every one, and then starts the loop again. The colours match the tracker.
The main road at the west edge of the map, by Power Line Passage. Nobody can get in until it reaches its first stop.

The east edge of the map, by the Northern UN Roadblock and Eastern Rocks. Nobody can get in until it reaches its first stop.

On the small maps the numbers are the stop order and the blue diamond is where the BTR comes in. A dashed road is the part outside the playable map. A thin hook at a stop is where it turns around. It pulls forward, backs up, then drives back through the stop and on.
Woods has 8 BTR stops. At each one it waits 1:30 to 2:30, about 2 minutes, and the wait is different every time.

One sighting of the BTR driving from one stop to the next usually tells you.
When you spot it, tap "I see it" in the Woods BTR tracker. The tracker drops the routes that don't fit and restarts the times from that moment.
The leaving warning, paid rides and the rest of how the BTR behaves are the same on every map. See how the BTR moves in the BTR Driver guide.
In every raid, between 3:00 and 6:00 into the raid. On the raid timer that is between 32:00 and 29:00. It drives off to its first stop right away.
Between 1:30 and 2:30, so about 2 minutes. The wait is different at every stop. About 15 seconds before it leaves, the driver says it is about to go.
There are 8: Scav Bunker, Sunken Village, Junction, Sawmill, USEC Checkpoint, Emercom Base, Old Sawmill and Train Depot.
Four. Each raid it picks one at random and drives it in a loop until the raid ends. R1, R2 and R3 come in at the west entry. R4 comes in at the east entry.
USEC Checkpoint, Sawmill, Old Sawmill and Train Depot. Every route stops at those four, so they are the safest places to wait.
